Our Nigerian Dwarf Goats
Kimstead Farm started raising goats in 2012, with the additions of Gwenny, Abigail, Myrna, Sparkle and Delia. Through the years, we've had up to 40 goats at a time, during kidding season. Many of our girls offsprings have gone to loving families as pets and show goats. Today, we've lost most of those original goats due to age, leaving Sparkle, whose always been our senior goat, enjoying retirement at almost 16 years old, and Delia, our original baby, turning 13 years old this year. We currently have a total of 13 does, ranging in age of 1 to 16, and 2 younger bucks. We continue to downsize but also breed our ladies for milk and to provide beautiful kids for adopting families.
