Welcome Bessie
Bessie, a "mini Zebu", was born in May 2024 and moved to Kimstead Farm in October 2024. Although a bit shy at the beginning, she has now become accustomed to many visitors of all ages and loves to greet people, the shorter the two legged visitor, the better! She loves treats and to have her head and neck scratched. Bessie has made herself comfortable in the goat stall, and the rest of the girls have accepted her as a sister. She now thinks she's a goat but may change her mind when another mini cow will hopefully join her this Spring.
